Previously worked in offshore engineering and the marine and shipbuilding sector. Focuses on technical and management roles across FPSO, offshore platforms, offshore engineering vessels and overseas EPC projects, serving major shipyards and international EPC clients on a long-term basis, with hands-on experience in Contract staffing and mobilisation.
With a refining and chemical engineering background, works deep in the refining, coal chemical, new materials and electronic chemicals sectors. Understands the talent needs of every stage from plant construction and start-up to production operations, serving multinational chemical groups and engineering companies.
Focuses on localised recruitment, Contract personnel management and employment compliance in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, coordinating end-to-end support across visa advice, insurance and payroll administration to ensure expatriates reach project sites on time and in full compliance.
